Sekou Trussell is the son of Renee Trussell and younger brother of Jasmine Trussell-Braverman, making him the uncle of Jabbar, Aida and Unborn baby Braverman and Crosby Braverman's brother-in-law.
Life[]
Season One[]
Sekou first appears at Jabbar's birthday party. He has a very low opinion of Crosby because Jasmine had led both he and his mother to believe Crosby abandoned them. He founds out later that Crosby did not know about his son's existence.
Season Two[]
He reappears in the episode Date Night, and gets into a fight with Crosby after Crosby shows up drunk to pick up his son. He does not tell Jasmine.
Season Three[]
Sekou shows up at Jasmine and Crosby's wedding, and has appeared to accept him in the family.
Season Four[]
At the end of season four, while he and his mother playing Scrabbles and babysitting Jabbar, while Crosby and Jasmine went out on their anniversary, Crosby and Jasmine returned home to announce Jasmine's pregnancy.
