Millie Graham (portrayed by unknown) is Victor's half-sister, and Sydney and Ed's adoptive sister. She is also Joel and Julia's adopted daughter.

Season 6
Millie is given up for adoption by the same mother that gave Victor up for adoption four years earlier. Millie's father is different than Victor's father and the mother was no longer in prison, she just felt it would be best for this baby girl named Millie to go to the same family that had adopted Victor.
She is then adopted by Joel and Julia and in the flash forward scene, she is seen celebrating Christmas with Victor and Sydney, while her parents, Joel and Julia watch from the couch holding the new baby boy named Ed.
